- 400 gm hung curd
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup crushed pistachios
- ¼ cup Winkin' Cow Kesar Flavoured Milk
- ¼ cup pistachios (roughly chopped)
How to make :
Kesar Pista Shrikhand: Creamy Dessert Recipe
- Add 400 grams of hung curd in a large mixing bowl.
- Take your pistachios and put them through a food processor until crushed.
- Add them to the mix along with ½ cup powdered sugar.
- Pour ¼ cup of Winkin' Cow Kesar Flavoured Milk into the bowl.
- With a whisk, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve your shrikhand chilled with roughly chopped pistachios on top.
Special Tip
You can make hung curd for your shrikhand by straining regular curd with a cloth until all the water has drained out.
